Printmaking

The Printmaking workshop is taught by Maestra Cecilia Rodarte Ávalos, a graduate of the Instituto Allende, which will take place for two weeks with a total of 24 teaching hours. During the course period, students will learn the processes of 3 different printmaking techniques: colography, monotype and linoleum. In addition, they will learn about the tools and materials necessary to carry them out, as well as the handling of printing methods, both in press and manual.

The engraving workshop is open to learning, for those with or without experience can explore and develop their creativity through the previously mentioned techniques. 

This workshop has specific start and end dates, listed below, and has a duration of two weeks (24 class hours). Materials for this workshop are not included; you can expect materials costs to be approximatly $30 to $50 USD for intermediate quality.

To reserve the date you would like to study, we require a deposit that is applied to your final tuition. Tuition must be paid in full by the first day of class. You can make a deposit or pay in full on our website via PayPal, or in our main office. After your payment we will send you an email to confirm your purchase and the dates of your studies.
