The Jewelry & Metalsmithing Workshop, taught by Maestro Jesús Villaverde, is a four-week program for a total of 36 class hours. This workshop is designed for begginer, intermidate and advanced students depending on their past experience.
There are three main modules that can be adjusted to each student taking in account flexibility for creative purposes.

In this workshop students will create bracelets, rings, and pendant or other necklace designs, with silver, copper, tin or gold and with precious or semi-precious stones, to keep as your own or to give as gifts.

You will develop your creativity in experimenting with designs and ideas using your new knowledge of metals and semi-precious and precious stones.

Materials are not included in the tuition cost, but you can bring your own materials or purchase them directly from the professor. The cost will vary with the materials and the weight of the design you create. As an example, silver is sold by the gram and costs aproxumetly a bit over $1 USD per gram, or about $30 USD per ounce. *Please understand that the market price for metals and stones can fluxaute.

This workshop has specific start and end dates, listed below. It is not possible to join the course after the start date.

To reserve the date you would like to study, we require a deposit that is applied to your final tuition. Tuition must be paid in full by the first day of class. You can make a deposit or pay in full on our website via PayPal, or in our main office. After your payment we will send you an email to confirm your purchase and the dates of your studies.
